1. Share non uniform and Late in report with HR.( morning by 11am and evening by 6pm)
2. Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints.
3. Train staff in product knowledge and selling techniques.
4. Recruit, train and onboard new employees.
5. Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
6. Motivate and coach the team to improve performance.
7. Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues.
8. Keep track of stock and order more when needed.
9. Make sure products are displayed nicely and neatly.
10. Reduce losses from missing or damaged items.
11. Share sales number and issues with HO.
12. Pass on updates and instruction to the team.
13. Work with are managers when needed.
Required minimum 10 years experience in apparels retail section.
