We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Puchase cum Store Manager to join our interior design firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting functions, overseeing store operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts
1. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
2. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
3. Expense Tracking: Monitor and record employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Store Manager:
1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
2. Store Operations: Manage store maintenance, organization, and cleanliness.
3. Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and goods.
4. Asset Management: Maintain and track company assets, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
5. Team Support: Assist the design team with procurement, storage, and logistics.
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting and store management, preferably in an interior design or related industry.
3. Skills: Proficient in accounting software Tally, Vyapar, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
