Job Description

Operations and finance

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage budgets and financial records, and ensure the store meets sales targets. Analyze sales performance and generate reports on key performance indicators. Control costs and administer accounting functions, such as payroll.
Staff and team management

Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store employees. Create employee schedules and manage daily tasks and responsibilities. Motivate and lead staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Address staff issues and ensure a positive work environment.
Customer service and sales

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints. Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and increase sales. Oversee visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment. Organize promotions and special events.
Inventory and compliance

Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and conducting counts. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and safety regulations. Implement loss prevention measures to protect against theft and fraud.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
