Salonmart is looking for a

dynamic, disciplined, and result-driven Candidate for Store Manager

who can lead operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of

50-100 staff members

Ensure excellent customer service & store performance Maintain discipline, grooming standards & SOP compliance

Inventory, Stock & Logistics Management:

Oversee

complete stock handling

(inward/outward) Manage logistics coordination, supplier follow-ups & timely stock replenishment Monitor

short stock

, raise orders proactively & avoid stockouts Maintain accurate stock records, conduct cycle counts & control shrinkage Ensure proper storage, safety & timely dispatch of goods

Sales & Performance:

Drive sales targets with smart planning Monitor daily KPIs & implement action plans Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store upkeep

Ideal Candidate Profile:

? Strong leadership and people-management skills
? Excellent knowledge of retail operations & stock flow (Beauty Products knowledge is a plus)
? Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
? Strong communication, problem-solving & decision-making skills
? Proven experience in managing large teams and high-volume stores

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
