store manager

who can help us

grow the business

, handle customers confidently, and contribute to content creation and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations Handle walk-in and online customers professionally Understand customer needs and suggest suitable

human hair wigs, clip-ons, and toppers

Communicate confidently in

English and Hindi

(Punjabi is a plus) Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and repeat sales Coordinate with vendors / production team (outsourced & in-house) Help in

content creation

: Instagram reels & stories Product videos (wig demos, before/after, care tips) Basic content ideas & coordination Assist in managing inventory and orders Support brand growth with new ideas and initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good knowledge or interest in

human hair wigs, extensions, toppers

Strong English communication skills

(spoken & written) Confident personality with customer-handling skills Basic understanding of

Instagram / social media content

Willingness to learn and grow with the brand Sales-oriented and responsible attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in hair, beauty, salon, or wig business Experience with Instagram reels, content shooting, or online sales Store management or retail experience
