Job Description
The Sports Showroom Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience--preferably in sports products--and the ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Store Operations Management
Supervise day-to-day operations of the sports showroom. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment of products. Manage inventory, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
Sales & Customer Service
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Guide the sales team to provide exceptional customer service. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Promote new arrivals, offers, and high-margin products. Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality.
