Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage overall store operations on a daily basis.
Ensure optimal stock levels through effective inventory management and timely replenishment.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and display layouts.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Coordinate with the accounts and logistics team for smooth billing and stock movement.
Implement company policies, SOPs, and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials/products.
Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in store or retail management.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Customer-focused with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
