About Us:

Hike Shoe Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: Tracer India) is a 25-year-old legacy footwear brand with a strong offline presence across India. As we grow, we are looking to strengthen our factory operations with someone who can bring order, accountability, and integrity to our store function.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a

highly reliable and detail-oriented Store Manager

to oversee all aspects of our factory store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

inventory management, material inward/outward documentation, stock audits, vendor coordination, and maintaining complete transparency and discipline

in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain stock levels for raw materials and packing materials Ensure proper documentation of all material receipts, issues, and returns - both manual and system-based. Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock audits and reconcile differences. Coordinate with production, purchase, quality control, and dispatch teams for smooth and timely availability of materials. Maintain an organized and clean store with FIFO and LIFO principles in place. Prevent pilferage, wastage, and stock loss by enforcing strict protocols. Monitor material movement from godown to floor and between departments. Handle scrap and reject material tracking responsibly. Generate reports for stock movement, reordering needs, and deadstock. Train and supervise store staff and ensure their accountability.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

5+ years of experience managing factory or warehouse store operations, preferably in the footwear, apparel, or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of inventory systems. Fluent in Hindi and basic English. Able to manage a team and coordinate with inter-department stakeholders.
