Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in pattambi for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.

Qualifications

Customer satisfaction and customer service skills Excellent communication skills Experience in store management and retail loss prevention Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively Experience in the home decor or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Candidate from Wayanad preferred
Salary

There will be a probation period of six months and the salary will be 18k to 20k. Incentives will be in addition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
