Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify
incoming finishing materials
at site
Maintain
stock registers, inward-outward records, and material issue records
Ensure proper
storage and identification
of finishing materials
Regularly check
material availability and stock levels
Inform and coordinate with the
Purchase Department
for material requirements
Track material consumption and prevent shortages or excess stock
Ensure materials are issued as per approved requisitions
Coordinate with site engineers regarding material requirements
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
7 years of experience as Store Manager / Store In-Charge
in
residential construction projects only
Experience in handling
finishing work materials
(tiles, sanitary, fittings, paint, hardware, etc.)
Good knowledge of
store documentation and inventory control
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
high-rise residential projects
Candidates residing in or near
Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Panvel
will be preferred
Good coordination and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
