Role: Store Manager

Experience : 8 years of work experience

Location- Vasai East-Bhoidapada

Reporting to: Factory Supervisor

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee our store operations and lead a team to achieve excellence in performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must bring at least 10

years of proven experience in store management, inventory control, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:-

Lead overall store operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability
Manage inventory, oversee stock refilling and reduce wastage / l oss
Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance
Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
Ensure top-notch customer service and handle escalations professionally
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams
Maintain cleanliness and store display standards
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, stock, and staff performance
Requirements Of the Role:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a Store Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of store operations, inventory systems, and sales tracking
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong)

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm | Monday To Saturday
