Job Description

Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

2. Sales & Performance

Drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets

Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and improvement areas

Implement promotional strategies and upselling techniques

3. Team Leadership & Staffing

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff

Motivate and coach employees to improve performance and customer service

Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions when needed

Procurement Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals

Forecast purchasing needs and manage procurement budgets

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

2. Supplier Management

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships

Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance

3. Purchasing & Contract Management

Manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

Ensure timely procurement of goods and services

4. Cost Control & Optimization

Analyze market trends to secure competitive pricing

Reduce procurement risks and control operational costs

Lead initiatives for cost reduction and process efficiency

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams

Ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking

Support demand planning and inventory control processes

6. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements

Manage supplier risk and ensure ethical sourcing practices

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and audit readiness

7. Team Leadership & Reporting

Lead and train procurement staff

Set KPIs and monitor team performance

Prepare procurement reports for senior management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
