The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently
Supervise, train, and schedule store staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
Monitor sales performance and work to achieve targets
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Coordinate with HR and accounts for attendance, payroll, and compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily closing reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Experience in retail / store operations is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
