Arundhati Jewellery is seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Store Manager

to lead and manage one of our retail locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing sales targets, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a leading jewellery brand.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive retail environment. In-depth knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
