Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the operations of our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large team, handling high customer footfall, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards. Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a premium shopping experience. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 20+ sales staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service. Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels and maintain appealing visual merchandising. Compliance & Security: Maintain store safety, security, and operational compliance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in apparel or wedding fashion. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high customer footfall efficiently. Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on sales and service excellence.
