Role Description:
As the Store Manager, you will be the leader of our store's operations. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining all operational standards. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive and productive work environment while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Profitability:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed store sales targets and profitability goals.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and efficiently resolving any customer issues.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presents a professional image consistent with the Royaloak brand.
Qualifications:
Gender:
Male only.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in retail management, with a track record of leading a team to success.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Business Acumen:
Excellent understanding of retail operations, financial management, and sales strategies.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
