Checking Material Inward and Outward.

Unloading Raw Material.

Loading the container of Finished goods for Export.

Making entries of material inward and outward.

To prepare GRN for incoming materials on daily basis and same submit to stores in-charge.

Materials physical stock Verification.

Issue material to production dept as per material request note received

Maintain minimum stock level.

Knowledge of Erp (Software) Good in Excel and Word.

Physical stock to be taken at month end and tally.

Follow FIFO method.

Physical Verification & Valuation of Stock Materials.

Daily updating records of materials receive & issue.

Ensure daily picking and packing are accurate in products SKU/Batch/Quantity/Expired date.

Ensure all incoming FG tally with system and physical.

Supervising staff and daily activities.

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Coordinate with user department for smooth function.

Packaging orders. (Labeling correctly)

Responsible for maintaining hygiene and housekeeping as required in the Store area.
