STORE MANAGER JOB opening in DELHI The Store Manager will be responsible for handling overall store operations, supervising staff to maximize sales, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales. Key responsibilities for Store Manager
- To adopt a customer-first approach and to ensure all team members offer exemplary customer service expected from a luxury brand.
- To ensure smooth and efficient operations across the store operations.
- Aim to exceed sale targets
- Track the market trends
- Management of the store staff and relevant people issues.
- Must constantly share product and customer feedback.
- Min 3+ years experience in retail management in similar high-end related field (luxury high fashion designer apparel industry desired)
- Ability to perform under pressure with high levels of energy.
- knowledge of fabric colours, and embroideries.
- Excellent communication skills.
