Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and ensure timely updating of inward/outward materials.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, and identification as per standards.
Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for timely procurement.
Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO and other inventory management practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Lead and supervise store staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
Generate MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, and stock valuation for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management / Logistics (preferred).
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in store/inventory management in a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of ERP software (mandatory).
Good understanding of material classification, MS Office, and documentation practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of fire safety/metal industry materials will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
