The Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, achieving sales targets, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service as per SVIITCH RAW brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets
Manage and motivate the sales team
Ensure good customer service and handle complaints
Maintain store appearance and visual standards
Manage stock, billing, and cash handling
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in fashion retail
Good leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of men's fashion retail
Basic computer and POS knowledge
