Store Manager



Job Responsibilities:



Oversee end-to-end store operations for raw materials, hardware, fittings, and finished goods. Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock through ERP and manual registers. Plan and manage inventory levels for materials like plywood, laminates, edge bands, screws, and metal fittings. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow. Monitor stock aging, identify slow-moving/non-moving items, and take necessary actions. Supervise daily unloading, stacking, tagging, and issuing of materials. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure 100% accuracy. Ensure material safety, proper storage layout, and compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a furniture or manufacturing company. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
