Job Description
Maintain accurate stock levels of all spare parts and accessories.
Perform regular stock audits and physical verification.
Forecast parts requirements based on service demand and market trends.
Manage slow-moving and fast-moving parts efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of parts.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and supply schedules.
Ensure quality and authenticity of purchased parts.
Assist walk-in customers and service advisors with part identification and availability.
Generate sales invoices and maintain customer records.
Handle customer complaints related to parts availability or quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
