Manage slow-moving and fast-moving parts efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of parts.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and supply schedules.
Ensure quality and authenticity of purchased parts.
Assist walk-in customers and service advisors with part identification and availability.
Generate sales invoices and maintain customer records.
Handle customer complaints related to parts availability or quality.
