"\xe2\x80\xa2 Achievement of Targeted AOP, Gross Margin and SPSF \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the P&L of the store \xe2\x80\xa2 Price and promotions running in the stores are clearly displayed / communicated to all customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all consumables are within budget and work towards reducing costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that decisions taken are quickly implemented on the ground without losing time \xe2\x80\xa2 100% adherence to promo implementation in the store
\xe2\x80\xa2 Reduce dump, shrink and other losses for the store \xe2\x80\xa2 Other Source of Income \xe2\x80\x93 SOH \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase margins and minimize expenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Control inventory level and shrinkage \xe2\x80\xa2 Mystery Shopping Findings and Improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Focus on R1 enrollment and business volume \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to Mockshop guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 100% SOP Implementation and Adherence by team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Negative Inventory Control \xe2\x80\xa2 Explaining routine tasks to all team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Statutory Compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 Control Attrition \xe2\x80\xa2 Product knowledge, brand differentiation \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognize and develop talent \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach and mentor people as an ongoing process in the team and develop people towards growing to the next level \xe2\x80\xa2 Net profit for the store. \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase in talent retention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase in returns per square foot. \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase in conversion rate \xe2\x80\xa2 Reduction in number of stock-outs \xe2\x80\xa2 Target vs. actual customer satisfaction index \xe2\x80\xa2 Reduction in customer complaint cycle time \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor sales assistance through functional, behavioural training and career planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Update category and store associates on latest development in new product/brands and presentation/selling technique \xe2\x80\xa2 Productivity enhancement indicated by increased Sales per Employee \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurate and timely preparation / submission / review of reports - sales, order intake, new orders, profitability to provide inputs for strategic planning "
