The Store Manager is responsible for end-to-end store operations and delivering exceptional customer experience.
They supervise the sales team, allocate responsibilities, and drive daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
The role includes stock management, inventory control, and coordination for timely replenishment.
They oversee billing accuracy, cash handling, and ensure end-of-day sales reconciliation.
Ensuring adherence to VM standards, hygiene, and store ambience is a key responsibility.
They handle staff training, shift scheduling, performance reviews, and team motivation.
The SM resolves escalations, customer complaints, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
They ensure compliance with SOPs, audit norms, and operational guidelines.
They analyse sales data to forecast trends and implement strategies for revenue growth.
Coordination with warehouse, backend teams, HR, and higher management for smooth functioning.
They maintain shrinkage control, monitor security, and implement loss prevention initiatives.
Ensuring brand representation, grooming standards, and service excellence at all times.
Contributing to hiring, onboarding, and training fresh staff when required.
