We are looking for a proactive and committed Store Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee operations at a premium retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have a background in fine arts, graphics, or design and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, store performance, and logistics while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Manage customer interactions, focusing on retention and service excellence.
Generate and analyze Daily Sales Reports (DSR), customer feedback, and market insights.
Build and nurture relationships with HNI clients and key customers.
Promote and implement store offers, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives.
Handle end-to-end coordination of e-commerce orders, from production to logistics.
Support purchasing and production activities aligned with store needs.
Conduct competitor analysis and assist with strategic sales planning.
Ensure timely reporting, client visits, and smooth workflow across departments.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BCom/MCom); fine art or graphic background preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a retail or lifestyle store environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and drive performance.
Customer-focused mindset with high levels of professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with confidence.
