3. Managing customer relationship & attrition

5. Promoting schemes & offers
6. Managing all leads generated thru goggle, e commerce
7. Managing production, billing & logistics of e commerce business
8. Handing over e commerce sold products to logistics
9. Meeting customers expectations by recommending changes to product or services and websites.
10. Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
11. Proficient with Microsoft office Applications, MS Access and others.
