Job Description

Drive Sales (responsibility of sales based on set targets, plan mini events in store, active store promotion to increase awareness and walk ins). 2. Teamwork, Training and Motivation - Build a strong and committed team, motivated to achieve goals. 3. Inventory Management (ensure minimum dead stock, reorder styles based on client preferences to drive sales and minimise dead stock). 4. Studio efficiency (inputs from store about factory efficiency -are the fits correct, does the factory communicate in advance of pending orders, are the deliveries made on time etc \xe2\x80\x93 all that is instrumental in enhancing customer experience). 5. Shift and leave management (team shifts and leaves to be planned in a manner that ensures work does not suffer). 6. Control over expenses (monthly overheads of the store) 7. Ensure SOPs and processes with regards to orders / cash management / inventory / customer recoveries and overall store functioning are followed. 8. Timely and Accurate reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Sales, Returns, Orders, Stocks, Cash Flow, etc. 9. Ensuring perfect implementation of all Sales Events, Campaigns at the store which have been initiated by the Brand 10. Lead management - follow up on all leads to ensure maximum conversion. Check on follow up of all team members with their respective leads. 11. Build and maintain a strong database of customers with information of their preferences 12. Inform them of new arrivals based on their preferences 13. Give inputs to design department of customer expectations and preferences 14. Anticipate and reorder styles that are hot selling 15. Customer Relationship Management i. Every customer should feel recognised and privileged ii. Delight customers with out of the way and personalised service iii. Ensure all customer enquiries are followed up iv. Ensure orders and alterations meet client expectations. 16. Visual Merchandising (appearance of merchandise, store ambiance, window appearance, packaging of the merchandise once sale is made). 17. Stock (keep proper stock records and take physical stock to be taken once a month) 18. Punctuality, attendance and work ethics (never leave a customer unattended, personal calls not to be attended with customers around, plan leaves to ensure work does not suffer). 19. Store security \xe2\x80\x93 be alert to ensure zero pilferage of stock Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per month Schedule:
