Introduction : The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, sales, and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store. Roles and Responsibilities - Sales and Customer service : \xe2\x97\x8f Building long term relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales. \xe2\x97\x8f Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business. \xe2\x97\x8f Delivering exemplary customer service through great soft skills with exceptional product knowledge and service know-how. \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward. Store Operations - \xe2\x97\x8f Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory handling, and managing in-store marketing. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. \xe2\x97\x8f Track and manage inventory at the warehouse. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees. \xe2\x97\x8f Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to improve their performance. Requirements : \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree with at least an 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in clothing brands. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Microsoft Excel to create sales reports. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong Analytical Ability and Problem Solving Approach. \xe2\x97\x8f High sense of ownership & responsibility, and deadline-driven. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills. Salary : CTC - 3.9 - 4.5 lakhs per annum plus incentives. Location: Bandra, Mumbai. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9390,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9450,000.00 per year Benefits:
