Job Description

Role Objective

Responsible for complete store performance --

sales, staff control, stock, and discipline.

Store Manager is fully accountable for target achievement and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve

monthly sales targets

without fail Control and monitor

team performance & attendance

Ensure

strict grooming & behavior standards

of staff Maintain

perfect store display & VM

as per brand rules Handle

billing, cash, and daily sales reports

Manage

stock accuracy, audits, and zero stock loss

Resolve customer issues immediately Conduct daily staff briefings and performance tracking Ensure store opens/closes on time

Requirements

Retail clothing experience mandatory Strong team handling & target pressure capability Strict, disciplined, and result-oriented personality Basic knowledge of POS & stock management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
