The Office Administrator will be responsible for smooth day-to-day office operations, coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Follow-up and coordination related to
Raw Materials (RM)
Basic HR support
Data Entry
and maintenance of office records (digital & physical)
Preparing reports, maintaining files, and documentation
Coordination with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
Supporting management with daily operational tasks
Any other office-related work as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and Email
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Experience
Fresher or Experienced
