Position Overview:

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and manage a team at DateTheRamp. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a sales team. Drive sales growth and achieve targets. Ensure exceptional customer service. Manage inventory and visual merchandising. Maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

Retail management experience, preferably in fashion. Strong leadership and communication skills. Sales-driven with a passion for fashion. Organized and detail-oriented. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
