Oversee daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and customer service standards
Manage timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain inventory levels; place orders and track stock as needed
Ensure proper merchandising and product displays
