Burger Buddy is looking for a responsible and energetic
Store Manager
to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of the store, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at managing both people and processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Maintain daily and monthly
sales sheets
accurately.
Monitor sales trends and ensure targets are met.
Vendor & Payment Handling:
Maintain
vendor ledger sheets
and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Coordinate with suppliers for smooth and consistent stock availability.
Expense & Record Management:
Maintain detailed
expense sheets
and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Track daily cash flow and report discrepancies immediately.
Store & Counter Management:
Supervise daily operations at the counter.
Ensure efficient order processing, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Handling:
Provide a friendly and professional experience to all customers.
Address complaints or feedback effectively to maintain brand reputation.
Maintenance & Store Upkeep:
Handle
repairs, maintenance, and store responsibilities
proactively.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and in top operational condition.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food & beverage or retail management preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
