Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure a high standard of customer
service.

Drive sales and revenue Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members to deliver
outstanding customer experiences.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to ensure product availability. Develop and implement store policies and procedures to enhance operational
efficiency.

Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in store management, preferably in the coffee industry. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Graduate with any degree.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
