Drive store sales targets and KPIs
Ensure premium customer experience and client retention
Manage and motivate store staff; hiring, training, and performance
Maintain VM, grooming, and brand presentation standards
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and shrinkage
Handle daily operations, POS, cash, and reporting
Resolve customer escalations and operational issues
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; fashion background preferred
5-8 years of experience in fashion / premium retail
Minimum 2-3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
Skills Required
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
Willingness to work weekends and retail shifts
