The Store Manager will be responsible for effective management of stores operations using ERP systems, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures. Working knowledge of ERP is mandatory, and
SAP exposure will be an added advantage
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
stores and inventory operations
through ERP
Maintain accurate records of
GRN, issues, returns, and stock transfers
in ERP
Coordinate with
Purchase, Production, and Quality
teams for smooth material flow
Ensure
timely inward and outward movement
of materials
Monitor
minimum, maximum, and reorder levels
in ERP
Conduct
periodic physical stock verification
and resolve variances
Ensure proper
storage, identification, and traceability
of materials
Generate
MIS reports
related to inventory, consumption, and aging
Ensure compliance with
ISO / audit requirements
Control obsolete, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory
Train and guide store staff on ERP and best practices
ERP & SAP Responsibilities
Operate ERP modules related to
Stores / Inventory / Material Management
Ensure real-time and accurate data entry in ERP
Coordinate with IT/ERP team for system improvements
SAP MM module knowledge will be an added advantage
Understanding of SAP transactions related to GRN, issue, stock transfer, and inventory reports is preferred
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate in Stores, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field
Experience:
5-8 years in stores/inventory management in a manufacturing environment
ERP Experience:
Mandatory (any ERP system)
SAP Knowledge:
Preferred (added advantage)
Key Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of SAP MM (preferred)
