We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Mumbai flagship - someone who understands the nuances of luxury menswear and knows how to craft not just a sale, but an experience. A confident leader with an eye for detail, a sense of discretion, and a natural ability to build long-term client relationships. Someone who can translate the brand's ethos into every customer interaction, mentor their team with purpose, and elevate the store into a destination for style, service, and storytelling.
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in luxury or designer menswear
- Strong team leadership and clienteling skills.
- A sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling
- Excellent communication, grooming, and presence
