: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Brand Standards
Manage day-to-day store operations ensuring Kaftanize brand aesthetics and service standards Maintain VM as per brand guidelines for kaftans, resort wear & festive collections Ensure store hygiene, display excellence, and overall ambience

Sales & Revenue Growth Drive monthly sales targets and KPIs (conversion, AOV, repeat customers) Upsell and cross-sell styling options, accessories, and festive collections Execute in-store promotions, launches, and seasonal sales Customer Experience & Styling Support Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience Assist customers with styling, sizing, and fabric knowledge
Handle customer feedback, alterations coordination, and complaint resolution

Team Leadership & Training Hire, train, and manage store staff and stylists Create duty rosters and ensure discipline and grooming standards Motivate the team to meet sales and service goals Inventory & Stock Management Manage inward, outward, and replenishment of stock
Ensure accurate stock counts and minimize shrinkage Coordinate with HO for slow-moving and fast-moving styles

Billing, Cash & Reporting Ensure smooth POS billing and daily cash reconciliation
Maintain sales, stock, and staff performance reports Share daily store updates and insights with HO

Online-Offline Coordination Support walk-in orders, Instagram/WhatsApp inquiries, and click-to-store sales Coordinate with the D2C team for pickups, exchanges, and returns

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Retail, or Business (preferred)
3-6 years of experience in fashion or ethnic wear retail
Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and styling
Excellent customer handling and communication skills
Proficiency in POS systems and basic Excel
