Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving sales growth while maintaining brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Monitor inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stock control Ensure equipment maintenance and store cleanliness
Team Leadership & People Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members Motivate staff to achieve performance targets and high service standards Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions Ensure adequate staffing during peak and non-peak hours
Customer Experience

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints effectively Ensure speed of service, order accuracy, and product quality Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment
Sales & Financial Performance

Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives Control food cost, labor cost, and wastage Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Meet revenue, profitability, and KPI targets
Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and labor laws Maintain audit readiness and documentation Ensure cash handling accuracy and loss prevention
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) 1-2years of experience in QSR or retail management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP preferred) Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
