Job Title: Store Manager Location: Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9 Hours Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational weekly off) Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to ensure high performance Drive store sales, KPIs, and customer service excellence Monitor sales trends and execute growth-focused action plans Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards Oversee store operations, hygiene, safety, and policy compliance Handle budgets, cost control, and basic financial analysis Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in retail store operations Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management (preferred) Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

(sales reports, inventory tracking, rosters) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer handling abilities Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and retail systems Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible timings

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
