This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing all operational aspects, and fostering an exceptional customer experience centered around health and wellness.
What You Will Do:
Lead Operations:
Drive daily store performance, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Develop Team:
Recruit, train, and motivate staff, building a knowledgeable and positive team dedicated to customer service.
Maintain Standards:
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards.
What You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of progressive retail management experience, ideally in a specialty food, grocery, or health/wellness environment.
A genuine passion for and understanding of healthy eating, dietary trends (e.g., keto, gluten-free), and nutritional concepts.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing P&L, inventory, and labor.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
