Store Manager - Manufacturing / Chemical Industry

Lead day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth material flow in the factory. Manage incoming and outgoing materials, documentation, and stock records. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure 100% accuracy. Place purchase requisitions and maintain healthy stock levels with minimum wastage. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods. Maintain data and reports in

SAP / ERP

for material tracking. Implement and maintain strong store discipline, safety, and compliance practices. Train, guide, and supervise store staff to improve productivity. Handle customer/staff queries related to dispatch, deliveries, and material availability. Ensure visual management, cleanliness, and adherence to company SOPs. Assist in continuous process improvements and support audits.

Preferred Industry:

Chemicals, Personal Care Ingredients, or Manufacturing.

What We're Looking For ??

Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in

stores / warehouse management

. Experience in

chemical, personal care ingredients, or manufacturing industry

highly preferred. Strong knowledge of

inventory control, documentation, and SAP/ERP

. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?850,000.00 per year
