Job Description

We are hiring a Factory Store Manager - Manufacturing - Home Appliances

Requirements:

Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure proper documentation of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and stock registers. Maintain compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Oversee safe handling, labelling, and storage of materials. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management. Supervise store staff and assign duties effectively. Train and guide staff on store processes and safety practices. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in

store/inventory management

(preferably in a factory/manufacturing setup).
