Supervise warehouse staff and oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
Ensure the general maintenance and proper functioning of all machinery used in the warehouse.
Regularly inspect tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Enforce all company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in every task.
Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Address customer service requests promptly and provide quick, effective resolution to issues.
Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Work collaboratively and professionally with all levels of staff across departments.
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in a warehouse supervisory or store management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to develop practical and logical solutions.
Proven people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and enhance team performance.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain efficiency under pressure.
