For working under the scope of QMS.
? For overall activities performed under store department.
? For quantity verification at incoming stage of material and communicating
to purchase and quality department on receipt of material.
? For ensuring proper storage, maintenance, identification, traceability,
preservation, and physical assessment of the material.
? For protection, storage, disposing shelf-life expired items, and
assessment of all CPS products.
? For identification and traceability of incoming, stored items/components,
customer supplied items/components and returned products from supplier.
? For receipt, storage and return of customer Supplied Material.
? For raw material color coding. For ensuring proper storage, identification
and traceability of customer supplied property under his/her custody and
customer returned material (repair/rejection).
? For disposing shelf-life items expired.
? For handling, and Preservation for all CPS products during processing.
? For providing monthly stock statement to Plant Manager. For control of
departmental records.
? For identifying and controlling risk associated with impact on delivery and
quality of the product. For work environment. For identifying and communicating
need for training to HR.
? For supporting other departments for smooth workflow, and measure &
continually improve the performance of QMS.
? For identification of sources of existing or potential non-conformances.
? For complying with all the applicable requirements of API product
standards.
? For ensuring corrections and corrective actions are taken for detected
nonconformities during internal or external audit. For ensuring preventive actions
are taken for potential nonconformities.
? For continual improvement. For providing data for analysis.
? To inform receipt of material to Quality & Purchase department.
? To approve and reapprove departmental work instructions.
? To communicate with Plant Manager about resource requirement, results
of physical assessment and any other concern as deemed necessary.
? To communicate with Plant Manager about any related issues, decisions,
and physical conditions status. To make decision related to ensure adequacy of
resources to maintain pleasant work environment. To make decisions up to which
extent information is to be communicated for smooth workflow.
