Store Manager - Vasai Location
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized
Store Manager
to oversee inventory operations, manage stock movement, and ensure proper material handling for production and service teams. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Material Management
Maintain accurate stock levels of LED components, electrical materials, and tools.
Ensure proper receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and ensure system-stock accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement in the store.
Tagging, labeling, and categorizing all inventory items.
Coordination
Coordinate with the production, service, and purchase teams for timely material availability.
Track material consumption and forecast upcoming stock requirements.
Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries (in coordination with the Purchase team).
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain GRNs, stock registers, inward-outward entries, and damage/return records.
Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, usage, shortages, and audits.
Ensure all stock data is updated in ERP/Excel.
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Knowledge of material handling, stock auditing, and ERP/Excel.
Strong record-keeping, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain physical and digital stock accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
