(preferably premium/luxury retail, watches,) to lead our prestigious branded watch boutiques at Wakad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for both boutiques.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize store revenue.
Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition.
Implement brand promotions, CRM activities, and marketing strategies as required.
2. Store Operations Management
Ensure smooth daily operations of both Rado/Longines and Seiko boutiques.
Maintain stock accuracy, conduct stock audits, and ensure timely replenishment.
Monitor VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines as per brand standards.
Oversee billing, cash handling, banking, and inventory systems.
Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and adherence to brand SOPs.
3. Customer Service Excellence
Provide a premium shopping experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
Resolve customer issues, enquiries, and post-sales service escalations.
Build long-term customer relationships and manage VIP clientele.
Ensure product knowledge is strong within the team (features, warranty, materials, technology, brand stories).
4. Team Management & Training
Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct daily briefings, allocate responsibilities, and oversee shifts.
Ensure employees follow grooming standards and store discipline.
Identify training needs and conduct product/soft-skills refreshers regularly.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, mall regulations, and brand protocols.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports with management.
Coordinate with HO or HR, stock, finance, and customer-related matters.
Ensure security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and loss-prevention practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
4-7 years of experience in retail
, with at least
1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
.
Experience in
luxury/premium retail (watches, jewellery,)
preferred.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales planning, and customer service.
