About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Store Manager

to lead operations at our luxury retail boutique located at

Mumbai Airport Terminal 2

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

luxury ethnic wear, fine jewellery, or high-end fashion retail

, with proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing high-value clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless functioning in alignment with brand standards and airport regulations.

Sales & Revenue Management:

Drive sales targets, optimize store performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Client Experience:

Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, fostering long-term client relationships and maintaining a loyal customer base.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate store staff; set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store reflects brand aesthetics and seasonal themes through impeccable visual presentation.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure accurate reporting.

Compliance & Coordination:

Liaise with airport authorities, brand partners, and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years in

luxury retail

, with at least 2 years in a

Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

role.

Industry Exposure:

Strong background in

luxury ethnic wear

,

fine jewellery

, or

premium fashion/accessories

.

Customer Orientation:

Proven ability to handle high-net-worth clientele and deliver a personalized shopping experience.

Leadership:

Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Operational Acumen:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work in a high-security airport retail environment with rotational shifts as per airport hours.

Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
