Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Store Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience, maximizing store profitability, managing staff performance, and maintaining operational excellence in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked at all times. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Sales & Customer Service:

Achieve or exceed store sales targets and KPIs. Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall and increase conversion. Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor store staff. Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure proper coverage. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.

Inventory & Stock Control:

Manage stock levels and make key decisions about inventory. Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers. Handle stock loss prevention and shrinkage control measures.

Reporting & Compliance:

Monitor and report on sales performance, margins, and costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, labor laws, and company policies. Manage cash handling and banking procedures accurately.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office. Prior experience in [insert retail segment: e.g., fashion, electronics, FMCG] is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
