Our Bandra flagship store is more than a retail space--it's a curated experience of vibrant femininity, tradition, and modern charm. We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a seamless, personalized shopping journey for every client.

Role Overview:

As Store Manager, you'll be the key face of Peach It Up's offline presence--ensuring efficient store operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and providing an elevated customer experience. We're looking for someone who brings a balance of warmth, discipline, and leadership to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations

Oversee smooth daily functioning of the store, from client walkthroughs to cash management Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand's aesthetic Track inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with the backend team for refills Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and store upkeep (including watering desk plants every 3-4 days) Ensure all health and safety, security, and brand policies are followed consistently Keep records of orders, dispatches, and product availability
2. Client Experience & Sales

Welcome and assist walk-in clients, ensuring they are guided through the collections confidently Explain garment details, customization options, and pricing clearly Take and record accurate measurements during client trials Coordinate with tailors, karigars, and the production team for alterations, custom pieces, and delivery timelines Ensure full payments are taken before initiating any production, unless approved otherwise Manage order follow-ups and ensure timely communication and handovers Build long-term client relationships to foster repeat business
3. Leadership & Coordination

Set and track individual and store sales goals Resolve customer concerns or complaints with empathy and brand-aligned professionalism Conduct regular check-ins and reporting with the founder and marketing team Respond promptly to WhatsApp or in-person client queries Take ownership of the store like an entrepreneur--problem-solving independently and proactively
Key Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in retail management (luxury or fashion industry preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a premium customer experience Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Working knowledge of Indian garments, customization terms, and alterations Professional communication skills (English and Hindi preferred) Self-driven, disciplined, and solutions-focused Minimum one-year commitment required
